THE TEAM


The Founder     

         

Nathalie Biderman founded Calya Innovation in 2012. During her 30 years of professional experience, both in France and abroad, Nathalie has built a unique worldwide network of decision makers.

 

She began her career as an attorney of law in Paris. As an adviser to the 1992 Organizing Committee of the Albertville Winter Olympic Games, she was mostly involved with marketing and communications strategies.

 

Nathalie later joined the leading US law firm Cleary, Gottlieb, where she dealt mainly with multinational corporations in the context of their business development and corporate restructuring plans in Europe.

 

In 1999, she decided to test her entrepreneurial skills and experience the e-bubble. Based in Barcelona, she joined the founding team of eDreams, a start-up now leading the European on-line travel market.

 

In 2003, Nathalie Biderman joined the Havas Group’s international public affairs team. She was soon promoted COO of the the Group's PR network. For nearly 10 years, she advised French and international corporations, institutions, NGOs and personalities in their global communications strategies.

 

With her unique expertise, gained mostly in the fields of business development, public affairs, lobbying and crisis management, Nathalie set up Calya Innovation in 2012.

 

In 2020, she was appointed one of Israel Foreign Trade Advisers to the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

 

Nathalie holds an M.B.A from INSEAD, a Master of International Law from Georgetown University and a Tax & Business Law Degree from University of Paris II-Panthéon. She is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and registered as a foreign lawyer at the Israeli Bar Association.
